Rajnit Kohli

Some people know hospitality from the kitchen pass. Others know it from the lecture hall. Rajnit Kohli is one of the rare few who has spent a career mastering both — more than three decades across luxury hotel operations, event planning, food innovation, and hospitality education.
Her career began on the floor. As the first woman in the Tricity to lead F&B operations across CITCO's five-star hotels, she ran restaurants, banquets, and bars, and orchestrated the events that make or break a venue's reputation — corporate functions, weddings, and product launches, night after night.
She then turned to teaching what she had practised — as Dean Academics at Chitkara University and later Principal of IHM Bathinda, shaping a generation of industry-ready professionals. Today, KoRa Consults distils all of it into a single offering: catering, events, consulting, and mentorship, delivered with an operator's rigour and an educator's patience.
